Common questions
Is the free plan really free forever?
Yes. 1 GB of storage, 2 devices, unlimited notes and share links, no time limit and no card.
What happens to my notes if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. If you drop to Free while over the 1 GB limit, every note stays readable and every file you already uploaded stays downloadable. The only thing that stops is new uploads, until you are back under the limit. Writing and editing carry on as normal.
What counts as a device?
Each signed-in app counts as one: web, desktop, and mobile separately. Sign out to free a slot. Pro and Founding have no device limit.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, from your account settings. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then the account moves to Free.
What does the Founding cap mean?
Founding is a one-time payment limited to 500 people. When the seats are gone the plan closes for good; the numbers on this page are the live count, not a countdown for effect.
Which currency, and what about tax?
All prices are in US dollars. Any sales tax or VAT that applies where you live is shown at checkout before you pay.
