Plans and billing

The current prices and limits are on the pricing page, which reads them from the same configuration the app enforces — so what it shows is what you get.

What the limits mean

Storage counts the files you have attached to notes. Note text is not counted against it.
Devices counts apps signed in at once, not machines you own. See Sync and devices.
Ask Notama has two separate monthly allowances, one for chat messages and one for Agent runs. They reset monthly.

Downgrading

Moving to a smaller plan never deletes anything.

If you end up over the storage limit — say a Pro account with 8 GB moving to Free — then:

Every note stays readable and editable.
Every file you already uploaded stays downloadable.
New uploads stop until you are back under the limit.

Nothing is removed, hidden, or held to ransom. Delete some attachments, or move back up, and uploads resume.

Ask Notama stops on the Free plan, since Free includes no allowance.

Founding is a one-time payment, capped at 500 people. It has no renewal: there is nothing to cancel and nothing that expires. The number of seats left on the pricing page is the live count, not a countdown for effect.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future payments. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and the account moves to Free after that — not on the day you cancel.

Not open yet

Notama is in early access and checkout is not open. The pricing page shows what plans will cost; there is no way to pay yet. Leave your email on the pricing page and you will hear when it opens.

Nothing here bills you today, and no card details are stored anywhere in Notama.
